Early Pregnancy SPD

Hi just after some advice & others experience please. I developed SPD at about 28 weeks during my pregnancy with ds3. I'm now 7+5 weeks pregnant with dc4. I have aches right at the top of my inner thighs especially on the left side and aches on my hips when in bed mostly the right side. Could I be developing SPD already.

I mentioned it to the midwife and she said to keep an eye on it. It's possibly just the hormones and everything stretching. Has anyone developed it this early??

I'm in the same boat. SPD at 23wks with DS1. Now 7+2 pg and I've already felt the familiar pain. I've taken my Physiomat belt out of storage, it helps a lot. Good luck.

Yep, sadly.

First pregnancy mine started at 14 weeks. Second pregnancy it was 8-9 weeks.

Oh no I was hoping you would say it was too early.

I didn't get any help with mine last time and in labour I actually thought I was going to split in two the pain was horrendous.

Baby #2 is six months old now and the pain is more or less gone Hmm

I had a Serola belt (available on Amazon) and it was great. I didn't get physio in either of my pregnancies either!

Vague thank you I will have a look now online for the belt. It's mostly in bed that's the most difficult. My hips click and crack when I move. I'm hoping the dream genii pillow goes in the Black Friday sales. I had one last time but sold it.
