CRAMP!!

Welllll... I thought I had had cramp before this pregnancy... Definitely have not! Ouch! Literally jumping up in the early hours every couple of nights and feel like somebody has stabbed me in my calf!!!

Anyone else?

Yup, my toes keep twitching and I'm like "Don't you DARE ..."

Calf cramp, pull your toes up towards your leg to stretch the muscle out, really helps me. As for toe cramps / foot cramps, I'd love suggestions!

Ooh yes I'm another one that feels it coming and I stagger out of bed shrieking and hopping around the bedroom in the middle of night

haha, my DH thought I was in labour at 31 weeks the first time!

No suggestions for toe cramp I am sorry. I am stretching the calf one out though. I feel quite bruised for a day or so after then though!!
