I'm 34 weeks with twins and have 4 weeks until my ELCS. I also have a 2 year old who has been pretty oblivious to the impending arrival of her siblings despite my best attempts to get her used to the idea. I was wondering when we should assemble the cotbed in our bedroom so she can get used to seeing it.
I know there isn't a right or wrong answer, but it is nice to hear what other people did and how it worked out for them.
