4 weeks with pain

I'm 4 weeks gone and I've woken up today and have got sharp pains through my bottom and the odd pain in my lower abdomen. Its my second pregnancy so I know about implantation pains, but I don't remember pain through my bottom. Starting to really worry this is going to end in miscarriage. Anyone else experienced this?

I also had these pains early on (about 5 weeks I think) but only had them for about an hour or so and never again (am 10 weeks now) I couldn't sit in the car when me and dh were on our way somewhere as it was so painful. I had a scan at 6 weeks due to some other issues and baby was fine, we even saw a little heartbeat :-) so try not to worry x
