Hi, this is my first pregnancy and we have only just found out last week. I'm am around 5 weeks this week. Everything has been going fine but now when I go to the toilet I'm getting tiny spots of blood on the toilet paper when I wipe!.
What could this mean?. I'm absolutely terrified!.

Probably nothing: it's really common and the result of the pregnancy where I had that has just left for secondary school. I won't lie, it is also possible that it's the start of a m/c, but that's by no means certain. This early, nothing you do or don't do will make any difference, so just try not to worry.

Thank you, I'm trying not to worry but finding myself on Google, which never helps. Will try and get a GP appointment it's still happening in a few hours.
