Anyone else got obstetric cholestasis?

Hi, I've been diagnosed with obstetric cholestasis and I was wondering if anyone else is in the same boat? I'm seeing the consultant tomorrow and want to know what to expect at the appointment.

Info about me, I'm 36+2 today. My bile acid levels were 34. I was told at the assessment unit I might be induced at 37 weeks. What have you been told?

I have had it with my two previous pregnancies. Am expecting it again this time. You will likely be offered some medication and extra monitoring of the baby until your induction. All will be fine I'm sure!

I recommend aqueous cream with menthol for the itching and piriton! Xx

To be on the safe side they do like to induce at 37-38 weeks. X

I had this. Wasn't diagnosed until 38 weeks so had an induction straight away as they recommend it with cases of OC.
