So my sister in law has just had her baby and has passed on her birthing ball to me. I'm 34+1 weeks is it too early to start using it now? Or doesn't it matter when I start? I never used one with my previous pregnancies. Tia

At the moment baby is head down position but I know that could change. I'd like to encourage him to stay head down lol. Thanks eiysmummyc

I used the birthing ball from about then as it was just more comfortable to sit on both in the office and at home due to lower back pain, will do good for your pelvic area as well as help keep/get baby into a good position.

Good for after birth as well strengthen the muscles back up again (obviously once you have recovered a bit!)
