Hi ladies, just want to see if this is normal in pregnancy. I am 22+4 weeks pg and for the last 30ish minutes I have been feeling very foggy headed (it feels a bit like being stoned) is this down to blood flow etc changing?
I also feel a bit sick but guessing that is going along with feeling strange headed

I would speak to your midwife, I don't know whether I'm coming or going at the moment but I'm only 7 weeks. I don't recall feeling foggy headed at 22 weeks with my first but every pregnancy is different. I would get it checked out just to be sure.

I've been having it on and off recently and I'm 18 weeks. i figure it might be blood pressure related (low) but am seeing the GP about it next week just in case.

Id talk this over with your midwife or GP. I had my daughter two weeks ago at 38 weeks, she was born small for dates and after delivery my blood pressure went very high and I was admitted back to hospital. Looking back I'd been ill quite some time and the foggy head was main symptom. My blood pressure was always border line and I never had protein in urine so just have maternal hypertension. Wish I'd sought treatment more as I think now my daughters restricted growth was due to blood pressure.

Ok. I have just called my sister who works in a dr surgery and she is going to take my blood pressure later and if it's that I will call my GP tomorrow for a appointment. I won't get one today now. It has happened a few times so I don't think it is normal but could just be easily fixed..
Thank you for your replies

I ended up at the Drs. My sister (who works at a Drs surgery) tested me blood pressure and wee. Wee came back with protein in it and white blood cells. When I went to Drs my next wee showed the white blood cells but not the protein so they have said to retest next week when I am with the midwife.
He doesn't know why I should be feeling fuzzy headed sometimes but said to drink more water.....
