Feeling really scared that something has gone wrong! I've still got all the symptoms ms sore boobs and what not! Just I have a gut feeling! Need a little reassurance! Poor DH doesn't know what to say to help. Tia X

I was terrified at my 12 week scan as we found out we lost a previous baby at a scan (17wks) so I'd convinced myself that there was going to be bad news this time too. But there's a definite somersaulting little one in there, I burst into tears when she found it. I'm still worried but I have a 16wk scan a week on Friday which hopefully will make me relax a bit. I can feel it moving atm but even that's not reassuring when I'm having moments of doubt.
Stick with it, it's hard when your mind is like that and I hope everything works out ok

Definitely not alone - after a MMC I dreaded going to my scans but I think it is totally natural - we always seem to prepare ourselves for the worst! I am sure you will be fine OP - let us know how you get on!

Thanks wonky! Means a lot! About 4 years ago we had 2 mc within a year one at 6 weeks and one at 8 weeks. We got to see this little peanut at 6 weeks with a heartbeat but it's niggling at the back of my head and a gut feeling... We only have to wait till Thursday! But it still feels months away xx

I cried the morning of my 12 week scan as I was convinced that nothing would be found. I'm 22 weeks now and also got the fear before my 20 week scan as I hadn't really felt baby but this was due to anterior placenta.
Good luck with your 12 week scan. I think it's so natural to worry before your scans as they can potentially 'burst your bubble'

Hi Mrs it's so incredibly normal to be nervous, especially after mcs. I had 3mcs before this pregnancy around the same times as you. I was convinced something would be wrong at the 12 wk scan - it was brilliant. Then I was very worried at a 15 wk scan I had - it was perfect! And now I have the 20 wk scan in three weeks - getting scared already!! You will be great - let us know how you get on Smile

Good luck tomorrow

Well all that worrying for nothing! Baby is perfect! Was a pain for the entire scan kept wriggling about! Dated me at 13 weeks not 12 as I thought but it just means I get to see my squidgy earlier Smile
