I have a 15 week old boy and just found out I'm pregnant again ... Big shock !... I had fertility treatment last time and this is complete fluke !... All I can think about is all the derogatory/unsupportive comments from all my family I'm going to get this is my 4th baby and it being so close together. My consultant isn't going to be happy (had a difficult cerclage), my boss isn't going to happy... Il only be back at work for 4 months then off again. Why do I care what people think so much !...
