period type cramps since 4pm!

Ive no idea what they are but they hurt, they are there all the time, ive bathed, pooped, peed (alot) walked round tesco, eaten, cried and drank, they are still there in my bump and lower back what does it sound like?

Ive never had contractions before cept for BH's this pain is totally different.

almost 30!

forgot to mention shooting pains in my hoohah and been feeling sick all dayand out of breathe

I've no idea, but I think maybe you should call your midwife as you are experiencing pain.

pain might be related to baby moving and possibly turning to go head down. and the cramps might be BH ;....i would call, you need the reassurance xx

I'd contact your midwife or labour ward and just explain to them how you are feeling. It may be nothing to worry about but you don't want to be up all night worried at the "what if". They'll either put your mind at ease or tell you to come in - if it is contractions they may be able to stop them and there are also things they can do to help the baby. Good luck!
