I'm 6+4 and the sickness has arrived! I've been sick about 4 times already this morning and now for lunch all in wanted was a piece and crisps and a row of dairy milk.

I'm of the mind that so long as I am eating, that's what's best - anyone else in the same boat?

Yes! Join the club Halloween Wink

I'm 11+2 now and hoping it settles soon. Only way I stave off sickness is by eating carbs. I've put on 6lb already Halloween Confused

If you are sick more than four times a day it counts as hg. You can see the gp for advice or medication.

You can of course see them if you are sick less than that but I remember them mentioning 4 as the threshold of serious problems!!!

Congratulations but don't suffer in silence!

i had every intention of following slimming world during this pregnancy (put 3st on during DS1s pregnancy), however the only way I could stop feeling sick was eating carbs, Ive put about 6lb on already and can feel it everywhere! im gutted but if that's what I need that's what I need. I haven't actually vomited though, just getting the feeling of needing to without actually doing it! 9+6 today and it is starting to subside in the past week so hoping to have a healthy pregnancy from now! new week new beginning.

Hope you are feeling better soon!

I'm 35 weeks with my first. Before I got PG I was on a super healthy high-nutrition diet but as soon as I did my positive test, I couldn't face any of that kind of food. All I wanted was really bland stuff - soup, toast, biscuits - and even then most of it made me queasy or gave me heartburn. Eat what stays down is my view!

I may take that advice katy though I feel like a wimp by giving up. I've been sick at least 8 times today, and am just retching. I can keep food down for about an hour but then it comes back up Sad
