With first pregnancy about 18/19 wks I think

mummyneedinganswers · 29/10/2015 23:54

17weeks first felt movements

Oysterbabe · 30/10/2015 06:16

I felt tickles between 17 and 18 weeks.

Sanch1 · 30/10/2015 10:05

Not until 20 weeks for me!

teamrigby · 30/10/2015 13:56

Two days after my 20 week scan.
I was worried as I hadn't felt anything sooner but at the scan they reassured us that we had a very active baby!
At 33 weeks now - it doesn't stop moving! :)

sepa · 30/10/2015 14:52

I 'think' I felt them at about 16 but have only be sure that it's Bubs kicking since I saw him/her do it to me at my 20 scan. Since I turned 20+1 is when I have felt movement daily. Before this I was always worried as I wasn't feeling baby every day

lemon101 · 30/10/2015 17:40

I felt something weird at 13 weeks (a weird flipping sensation) but then nothing until 16/17 weeks when I would feel the odd thing that tbh I couldn't be sure wasn't gas Blush, but I gradually realised was the babies movements.

mmmuffins · 30/10/2015 18:34

Just before 17 weeks.

MrsCrimshaw · 30/10/2015 18:40

Really late compared to others - 24 weeks then it wouldn't stop jumping about!

Rinceoir · 30/10/2015 18:42

I felt them at around 16 weeks for the first time but baby was very low and placenta was high and posterior. (Had a big bleed at 16 weeks and felt first movements while waiting for a scan, was very reassuring!)

ShowOfBloodyStumps · 30/10/2015 18:42

17 weeks with DC1.

With my second, at a 16 week appointment, the midwife could feel DS moving. He kicked her hand and the doppler. I'd been feeling him since 14 weeks. I have a really short abdomen though and a shallow pelvis so there wasn't room for him to hide.

bunny85 · 30/10/2015 18:42

About 18 weeks I felt the first gentle taps and pokes

GlasgowPingu · 30/10/2015 18:43

I'm 19 + 2 and haven't been aware of any movements yet. It's weird, I don't have an obvious bump either yet so whilst I know I'm pregnant I don't really feel pregnant...

ServingSuggestion · 30/10/2015 18:48

15 weeks with both pregnancies.

Sleepybeanbump · 30/10/2015 18:59

Very vague flutterings around 17-18 weeks, very intermittently. Only real proper clear regular movement from around 22-23.

MrsPCR · 30/10/2015 19:01

19 weeks today with first and still waiting! Grr!

Me624 · 30/10/2015 19:19

I'm 22 weeks and only started feeling it a week ago. I skipped the "flutters" stage everyone talks about though and went straight to feeling proper kicks!

thundernlightning · 31/10/2015 20:56

I'm pretty sure I felt flutters around week 14, but I don't know if I could honestly have distinguished them from gas or other stuff; there's so much happening in that neighbourhood and this is my first.

Woke up alarmed by a weird sensation around week 16, and realized it was actual, genuine kicks.

Now at week 18 I feel them pretty regularly and if I lie on my back and I haven't eaten for a while, dh can feel them too.

Gingerlady123 · 31/10/2015 20:59

I'm 20 weeks today and started feeling last week. First baby with a fundal placenta

Autumn2014 · 31/10/2015 21:08

First time At 16 weeks, like little bubbles popping
Proper full on kicking by 20 weeks and by about 22 weeks my husband could feel them on the outside.

I'm nearly 14 weeks now with our second, and excited to get that feeling again.

wonkylegs · 31/10/2015 21:14

3rd pregnancy and I have just felt it this week (12 weeks) but I have a wriggler that was doing backflips at my scan yesterday so not too much of a surprise.

MrsPCR · 07/11/2015 14:56

Me625 now 20 weeks I appear to have skipped the flutter stage too and gone straight to feeling it turn and the odd kick. DD felt it kick at 19+6 so that was really lovely. Was thinking if I still didn't have flutters it would be ages until he felt it.
