I think I might be pg, dh and I had unprotected sex just once last month on my ovulation day, and I'm either having faint symptoms or they are a complete figment of my imagination. Just wanted to write it down - can't realistically test until at least Saturday but I already ahve two tests at home raring to go.

I'm having slight breast tenderness, constipation (v unusal for me) and indigestion, although I don't know if these are just down to a poor diet recently and time of the month etc.

I SO hope that I am, we aren't actively trying as in doing it constantly when we think I'm fertile, but I would like it if our moment of passion got me pg. I conceived after 3 times with dd and only once with ds but sadly m/c.

Will keep you up-dated!

When was your period due? You can test up to 4 days before hand with some tests.

Thecharmed1 · 05/12/2006 23:58

I found out very early with ds1, had 1st test when i was about 2 weeks pregs, maybe do one to see if there is any chance, if neg then do the other 1 next week!
Keep us informed and all the best

Okay, so did a cheapo Tesco test tonight and I think I see a v v faint pink line, but it could be my imagination.

What are the best tests out there that keep their results? I heard that clearblue digital (you know where they say "pregnant / not pregnant") disappear after about an hour... is this true?

Congratulations!! Have you done another test?? What a fab Christmas present!

Cadeauxmum · 11/12/2006 12:28

Woo Hoo! Big congratulations!

tummyrumblings · 11/12/2006 12:29

I did two clear blues on Sau and had what I thought were negatives but after about 10 mins they turned positive, but it says not to count that results after 10 mins. This morning still no AF so I tested and it's a BFP!!!

Now how to conceal it for two more weeks as 'm giving dh the test as his "surprise" Christmas present - he's going to be over the moon!

Now all that's left is for you lot to guess who I really am and give me ideas on how to excuse not drinking at our works do!

That's nice! Congrats!!!

TinselgalacticWalrus · 11/12/2006 12:32

Well done TR.

Tell them you are on antibiotics.

xmasstocking · 11/12/2006 12:33

What a lovely idea - giving DH it is a pressie.

tummyrumblings · 11/12/2006 12:34

Antibiotics is an idea - but what for? Maybe I could concoct some kind of infection ... I know that won't wash with the women I work with, they might guess and I can't have anyone knowing before dh. But as long as I deny, deny, deny I might be okay.

I am giddy this morning!

I feel quite deceitful keeping it from dh, but it is only two weeks and it will totally make his Christmas, the timing seems to perfect to just tell him now.
