Spoke to a lovely docter on the phone last week due to itching, he advised a blood test and give me some cream.
Fast forward to today and my liver seems OK, but I have protein in my urine and my protein levels in blood test was low.
The doctor is phoning the hospital to speak to a consultant to see if there is anything they want doing about it.
What do these results mean?

I would wait and see what the Dr says as there are many possible causes. If your blood protein is low you will need to boost it. The easiest way is to eat eggs, they are the No1 biological available protein, meaning that they meet the bodies needs in the smallest amount to eat. Egg is also the easiest protein for the liver to break down, so with liver issues it is the safest to eat.

I eat eggs constantly tbh, that's my craving funny enough.
