Can anybody reassure me that it's normal for all my pregnancy symptoms to have disappeared early on? Last week I felt awful & constantly nauseated. Now I feel completely 'normal'.
I remember feeling un-pregnant by around 11-12 weeks in my last pregnancy, but I'm still a few weeks away from that.
I'm really worried it's a sign that the pregnancy isn't progressing.

It's totally normal and no indication of anything. Bleeding is an indication. Lack of symptoms is not.

Thank you. I'm so nervous!

Good to read this for reassurance myself. I'm 6 weeks and no real symptoms - i'm sure i was practically narcoleptic last time! And had terrible nausea - nothing really this time though.

I say no real symptoms - i do have an appetite like a large elephant and my hormones have been veering from utter rage and hatred to a sobbing weeping mess for about 3 weeks now - poor DH! But these could just be me being, well, me on an off day!

Mine did, then reappeared at 11 weeks. Don't worry it's normal xxxx
