All day today I've had an awful pain in the dead centre of my womb area. I can't even explain the pain properly. It's a mixture between a stab, rip and period pain. It's been so uncomfortable and painful that I ended up taking paracetamol. Whatever I did to try calm it hasn't worked. Has anyone else experienced these sorts of pains around this time? I feel bloated too, I've reassured myself by telling myself it's the baby moving up and out of my pelvis area.
