37 weeks today and throwing up!

So I'm 37weeks today, was sick before I went to bed and now awake dry heaving...
Is it pregnancy related or just a bug? I haven't been sick throughout my pregnancy at all until now, anyone else sick at this stage?

Are you having any pains or tightenings? Have you had diarhea?

Tbh it's probably a bug or something you've eaten but if you're having cramps/back pain or tightenings then it may be labour. I vomited continuously pretty much all through all four labours, as well as having diarhea .

Just try to stay hydrated (small frequent sips), and call the labour ward if you're worried.

I had this towards the end of my first pregnancy (had morning sickness until 4 months and it felt like it had returned for the last few weeks).

Was very sick with upset tummy as labour started and so it could be the start of your labour.

Yup I was sick daily for 6 months then whenever I overdid it (that includes labour apparently )

Have you been busy recently? It could be your body telling you to slow down

I started getting sick again towards the end. Nothing major, but similar to the morning sickness I'd had. Unfortunately it went on a good couple of weeks

But like WhereTheFuck says, ring your mw if you're worried.

There do seem to be a lot of sickness bugs around at the moment

Thanks for ur replies, yesterday morning I was getting shooting pains by pelvis along with constant pressure and have had back ache for a few days but that's all,
I saw midwife weds she said he's 3/5th engaged, still got a week left at work lol

I'm 37 weeks today as well and had a nasty vomiting bug last week. I was sick, had diarrhoea and painful stomach cramps. It was a bug that passed in around 4 days. Hope you feel better soon.

Last time I got morning sickness again towards the end. I think there was so little room in my stomach, but my appetite was so big. I did have morning sickness for over half that pregnancy though.
