This all may be nothing but I'm really worried and trying to work out if I should call the Epau.
I'm 6+4 and having quite harsh back pain, loss of symptoms and (sorry: TMI alert) orange jelly like dihorrea since yesterday. No bleeding or abdominal cramping but I had a MC at 7+2 last year and the back pain is really reminiscent of that.
Do I call someone? Who? What can they do?

I feel so low :(

Call epau. They are some of the unusual symptoms of an ectopic. Probably nothing but better to be safe.
