39 weeks and having Braxton Hicks followed by intense vaginal electric shock pain... On repeat! Tummy tightens, cue electric shock! This will stop soon right? It's not overly pleasant!

Well it will def stop once you've had the baby, so max 3 weeks!! Grin

In all seriousness, bhs can be exacerbated by dehydration, fatigue or uti. If you are sure you don't have the third then I'd recommend trying to drink more water and take it easy if you can (both easier said than done at 39 weeks I know!). Good luck.
