I know all babies are different but I feel like this baby kicks less than my first two. Although the kicks are consistent I feel like I should have started to feel more and more often .

I get kicking after lunchtime then kicking at nighttime and that's it . I thought I'd feel more kicks more often during the day by now but maybe that's enough?

My MW told me as long as there's a consistent pattern then that is fine but just thought I'd like to hear other MNers experiencesSmile

My movements at 24 weeks sound very similar to yours OP, I'm 26 weeks now and definitely have a more defined pattern than the one I thought I had at 24 weeks as I now get more activity in the morning as well as the rest of the day. I'm a ftm and have found it hard not to worry as it felt that everyone else at the same point was feeling more. My placenta is posterior too so no impact on movement from that.

I was always told it's changes in movement that are a concern. Sounds similar to me at 24 weeks though. It depends so much on how they are lying too. Also if you are anything like me there's a chance you're not rembering it exactly how it was for previous babies too!

Probably badg ! For some reason I am worrying much more in this pregnancy.

I feel like from lunchtime til nighttime is a long time to not feel anything I feel like I'm waiting forever to feel movements again. Then then I feel them for a little while then that's it till lunchtime the next day.

I read it's usually from 28wks there's a clear pattern. I started feeling movement at 17wks randomly then it went quiet for a few days. The most it has moved was last night at a music gig where it didn't really stop moving for about an hour. Today (I'm 20wks) it's moved erratically throughout the day. I know women who didn't feel any movement until after 24 weeks. It might be too early to worry although difficult not to.
