i had unprotected sex 4 weeks after giving birth, then at 6 weeks i started pill without waiting for a natural period, now 3 month down line i feel exactly like i did when i found out i was pregnant last time even though i still bleed on weeks break of pill could i be pregnant as i got told there just fake periods

Do a test.

I didnt bleed when on the pill when I was pregnant. So chances are you're not. But the only way to know for sure is to take a test.
