Bleeding after masturbation ( bit embarrassed )

17+4 today and (?? after masturbating this afternoon I started spotting brown/light pink blood which I think has now cleared up although I havnt been back to check yet. Their was no inside action just clitroal stimulation. This also happened a few weeks ago had a scan Saturday and baby was fine. But am now panicking again. Going toilet afterwards really stung quite a bit but I'm terrified I'm losing the baby now, I have never bled after masturbation except during pregnancy and have only bled two times the other times have been fine. What's causing this?

Its probably just the uterus contracting and getting rid of old blood as a result. I had the exact same thing when I was 5 weeks. Scared me to death. Went for a scan and all was well. Had another yesterday at 7 weeks and little bean's heart was chattering away happily.

hi, I got a bit of bleeding after sex early on and apparently it is because its really easy to damage fragile blood vessels that are swollen with blood at that time. It's probably the same for you (I wouldn't worry - especially if it is a small amount). And you know the relaxation effects are good for the baby

It can happen after orgasm and resulting muscle contractions. You can of course talk to your midwife, personally I'd get some rest and check every second in a couple of hours (wiping, no roughness).

No more blood now so probably be fine as this has happened before.
