When's the earliest you've gotten a positive result?

Depending on my cycle this month I'm not due AF until either Sunday or Tuesday. But, I am getting a lot of stabbing and stretching pains and I'm wondering if this is actually my month? I'm too scared to test too early as a negative test will deflate me, but I'm just too impatient! I think I'm going to wait until Saturday as then DH will be home, but again, it's being able to wait that long!' (Even though I know it's not very long at all...)

I used a clear blue digital the day I missed my period and it was negative, took a cheapy superdrug £2.50 test the following day and it was positive no idea if the test had anything to do with it but I love a bargain

Sorry it's not the result you were hoping for! With DS I used first response and got a negative, used a home bargins cheapy the next day (same as Internet cheap ones) and it was positive so you never no!

Only had one experience of this! BFF was 9 dpo so 6 days before my period.

Well I POAS this morning and it was negative. Serves me right for doing it early!! I'm going to wait now until I'm (or if) on late otherwise I'll drive myself insane. Hearing DH say how much he hopes we get pregnant again soon gives a little more pressure. But I'm just going to enjoy the trying

3+2 weeks on first response for me. 5 days before period. cbd the next day

Sorry ignore most recent post, I didn't think to go on page 2 so thought I didn't post properly this morning!! I'm tempted to buy another but I could end up spending a fortune on something that's always going to be negative. If there's still nothing on Monday then I'll take another test. Keeping my fingers crossed!!

Ok, so I think I was due AF yesterday (and if I wasn't, then it's tomorrow) and nothing. I don't even feel like I'm about to come on. I get the odd dull period pain, noticed my right boob was a little bit tender yesterday, but not really bad, and still getting the 'tugging' sensations down there. I think I'm about to get migraine too, asy vision has gone blurry in my right eye, and I only suffered from migraines when I was pregnant with DS... I'm too scared to take another test though as I don't want to see a megative again. Argh this is so frustrating!!

I gave in and took a FRER... And this is the result!!! I am over the moon!!!
