I am 7 weeks pregnant and had abdominal and back pains in the last two weeks. Since last two days, I have no pain at all and feel normal. Moreover, my belly and boobs size looks reduced compared to last week, I m worried as this is my first pregnancy and I m 36 years old. Tried calling the clinic but they are not reachable. Is this normal?

Symptoms do come and go. Abdominal and back pains can be normal part of your body adjusting to pregnancy.
But best to speak to a professional for advice as you are concerned.
But generally unless there's bleeding they won't do any investigations.

Thanks so much for your response - it relieved me - I was scheduled to meet the OB on friday for 8 weeks' visit, but shall meet her tomorrow instead.
