Pregnancy brain here appears to have lost a selection of documents given to me by my midwife, including the one about the NHS-run antenatal classes. Does anyone happen to know any of the details regarding these please?

When I was pregnant with DS back in 2012, I had mine on a Thursday afternoon on weeks 36 and 37 (I think). I have no idea if this is still the same, but it may not have changed that much?

I just went to my second one today, I am 36 weeks. They're 2 hours long and the first class is about labour day, what to pack etc. The second one is a week later and is mainly 2 hours discussing breastfeeding. No need to book just turn up. There is one session per month in my area so you might want to ring and check dates if you're quite far along so you don't miss it ??

Not sure where those question marks came from!
