just for fun - anyone had markedly different pregnancies when carrying girls or boys? I had a friend who lost all appetite with her daugher, but when pregnant with her son ate for Britian

I have had two boys and am 36 weeks with a girl, my first pregnancy was a nightmare and I was sick from the time I conceived until I had given birth.
The last two have been easy in comparison so I don't think it has anything to do with the sex of the baby.

I am pregnant with my second boy and it is competely different from my first boy, symptoms weight gain everything. I don't think gender has anything to do with it.

I felt a lot sicker with DD compared to DS. But carried them both the same way and ate loads with both of them. Even put on same amount of weight both times.

i have a friend who wants a girl this time but thinks she's having a boy because she hasn't been sick this time and she wasn't last time.

I found that when pg with a girl, I had more water retention than with a boy. With a boy, I'd crave for anything that tasted sweet and with a girl wanted things that tasted sour. Having said that my third pg showed the symptoms of a boy, but changed dramatically during the last 4 weeks of pregnancy. Yes, my third was a beautiful girl.

Hm...I have 3 boys, but my pg's and the way I carried and what I craved were different everytime, lol!

I am an example of this, it is always different for everyone.

I have 1 boy 1 girl, i carried both in different ways i came out from the sides with dd & really football shaped with ds, i was also so so ill when carrying dd & put on weight all over with dd & only on my bump with ds.
