Diarrhoea and nausea at 36 weeks

Is this a normal part of the third trimester? I have felt nauseous now for around a week, similar to morning sickness. Have had diarrhoea off and on for around 4 days. I had some period type cramps a few days ago but thought it was probably linked to the diarrhoea. Not very pleasant, sorry!

I'm guessing it could be a bug, but worrying this is how it's gonna be for the rest of my pregnancy! Anyone else experienced anything similar?

Is this your first pregnancy out of interest? I had this terribly in the final week of my first pregnancy-it was as if it was my body's first stages of labour and preparation. I felt really poorly and could barely eat with bad diarrhoea. Exciting! Interestingly it didn't happen with second labour.

I had really bad diarrhoea with the first about 2 days before I went into labour too widow!
