Sickness back at nearly 24 weeks?

I was pretty sick until about 18 weeks and then on and off for a couple more weeks but the last few evenings I've felt really sick again and tonight I'm very very sick again.
I'm mainly worried because being very sick signalled labour with ds so I'm worried this isn't just morning sickness back but a sign of something bad.

Can it just suddenly come back? It's vile.

I was pretty ill until about 22 weeks, had about 4 good weeks where I've felt almost human again :-) but then the last week or two I've felt nauseous again and struggling to keep my evening meals down. Now 30weeks on Monday and hoping it's not back for the rest of the pregnancy. It's vile isn't it?
