st had my combined screening results - 1:819 chance of downs. Last time it was 1:14000 when i was 37. I am now 40 - guessing this is higher cos of age and that the result is a good one?

Yep that's a good one, anything over 1.150 is a good, low risk result!

I had 1:250 with DS and I was 27! He is a healthy boy. Your baby will be fine.
