Not pregnant but TTC
Had severe antenatal depression and anxiety first time around
Learned I am not immune to CMV then thought I would try to catch it first from my DS who's at nursery
Now stressing out after learning if I do catch it in months before pregnancy it can affect baby as well as if caught in pregnancy and it can take 6-12 months to resolve and I am losing time on my fertility with age due to fertility problems
Really doubt my Dr will give me another test for CMV since its triggered anxiety in the first place...
