I'm 39+5. Woke up having pains this morning and loads of pressure and back ache. Went for a long walk, which was agony and now this evening it's all eased off and nothing. Gutted, really hoped it was starting Sad

I feel your pain! I went in for monitoring yesterday due to high BP and started getting fairly regular niggles. Exactly how it started last time so thought it was the beginning of something....but then it all stopped completely and I'm home again. 38 weeks tomorrow but DD had already arrived at this point so starting to get impatient!

I'm 41 weeks, went to sleep at 1am, woke having contractions at 5.30am. Going at a steady pace, until about 10am, when coincidentally a family member texted me to say 'have a feeling you'll go into labour today'. Of course, everything then came to a bloody stop (ironically bloody, as I did lose my plug). Midwife said my cervix was quite high, only about 1cm gone. Now having period pains on and off, but no pattern. Actually more uncomfortable with heartburn than pain! Hope things get moving for you soon.

Fingers crossed for you both, not much longer I hope for any of us!
