Joint pain

I'm 25 weeks pregnant, for the past couple of days I've been experiencing awful joint pain.
The pain is in my knees,wrists,elbow and fingers.
Just wondering if anyone else is having/had this?
And what if anything helped it?

No my 6th! But never had this before.

Wow, congratulations firstly

Sometimes my joints ache due to exhaustion and if I'm generally run down. I'm 33w with number 2 and have found I have ached more this time round.
Maybe go to see the doctor? Sorry I can't offer much help.
