Hello all, I'm currently a full time mum to a 14 month old and 20 weeks pregnant. I was just wondering if anybody has experienced bad morning sickness with their 2nd pregnancy and how they coped with the whole sickness and baby to look after. Any advice would be great thank you!x

Yes I've had it with children in tow, it's really tough. I'm currently pregnant with my third, my DD's are 5&3. As they are in school and nursery most of the time I have had a proper rest, but the summer holidays nearly finished me off!

Do you have any help like a cleaner or family to help out? You need to rest as much as you can but also eat well, getting hungry is the worst as sickness increases. Keep biscuits by your bed to snack on in the night and before you get up in the morning.

Also there is medication to help so go to your gp and ask for some.

Thanks you,

i have tried the biscuits and my sickness eased off but now its back again and worse so think the best solution to do is go see my gp and get help of them, with a 14 month old its hard to rest as I've got cleaning and them to look after but its all worth it!
