Should I file a complaint? Advice please ladies!

I missed my period 6 weeks ago so only 4th day of missing my period I took a pregnancy test which came up positive, I took another a few days later and came up positive! I had morning sickness, sore breasts around the 5/6 week mark I went to the doctors and they gave me a pack and was sent on my way! After 2 weeks I noticed very light pink bleeding I rang the doctor and she said it was normal but if it was to increase and if the blood became red to come back to the doctor. On Monday morning I started bleeding heavily like I was having a period, I was clotting and got worried so went back to the doctor that day, they got me a scan for today, so today I went and had a scan they couldn't find anything the nurse had said usually i the womb thickens but mine seems too thin and can't see any sign of a pregnancy, another nurse did a pregnancy test and it has come up negative? The nurse was so rude I'm 20 and this is my first pregnancy I got no explanation to what had happened if anything they made me doubt myself that I even was pregnant at all even though I had two positive tests! She was very rude and said I should go to the GP to get contraception so this doesn't happen again.. How incentive! I left the hospital confused to what was going on was I even pregnant?? I was so confused to what had happened they haven't really told me anything all she said was you have lost the pregnancy but it's happened to quickly for a miscarriage apparently? As I had only been bleeding heavily for maybe 30hrs They were so rude and got sent on my way!
Today I passed a fully intact foetus! I was so shocked! Which means I've obviously miscarried as the foetus had begun to form! I'm so disgusted! how I was treated they made me feel like I was lying about being pregnant and made me feel I was wasting there time! So upset! Should I complain or just leave it!?
I thought I'd have a bit of support instead I got a if I was you i would go to the gp and get on contraception so this doesn't happen again! Just because it wasn't planned doesn't mean I wasn't going to keep it! ???? advice please ladies mortified what I've had to deal with today did not expect this at all!

I've had four miscarriages and my first I didn't get any support and sometimes they just can't see the fetus so assume it's gone you have to remember it's tiny. When u say fully intact fetus what do u mean as baby would only have been size of a poppy seed if even it could have been rest of uterine lining coning away.

The midwife's have to go by what they are presented with. And you rested negative and they couldn't see fetus or womb lining so assumed u miscarried and that it happened quicker than most do.

My first miscarriage passed within 2 days my uterus was empty at my scan but the wall of womb was thick so they knew I had been pregnant.

I think they were quite insensitive and could have handled the situation better if j want to come u could ring the board of midwives for your hospital and lodge a complaint or leave it it's really up to you

Also there isn't very much support for woman who have still births and miscarriages sometimes the area u live in is shit in terms of support x

I must have been further along than I thought.. Just because what was passed resembled a foetus at about 1 inch long and could see for sure what it was! Just how they made out I hadn't been pregnant at all and made me feel like I had imagined it all.. Then to be faced with this today!

That would be roughly week 9 and I would call them to query it as they shouldn't have been able to miss something that size.

I would say though at week nine it wouldn't resemble a fetus and with out sounding insensitive could it have been a large clot I had some horrendously big clots with my miscarriages purple flesh coloured. I would ring again and ask to be reckoned if you are sure it was the baby u need to make sure all comes away from.

Thing is though some people's body's do create phantom pregnancies it's rare but not unheard of but I doubt you would miscarry I don't think it works like that. Although I'm no Dr. I would just advise u call them and demand to be rescanned

So would you have been around 9/10 weeks ? If so definitely demand a reason as if u found out 6 weeks ago u were pregnant u would have already been 4 weeks which would now put u around the 10 week mark so it can't be chemical but for the hormones to drop that quick it is strange have u tested again yourself

I haven't tested since the hospital did a test and it was negative and now I've passed the 'product' I would post a photo to show what I mean maybe I see more that others would because I saw it in person but probably a bit much for a public forum! Just don't know what to think
