Back pain

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and started having pain in my coccyx at about 18 weeks I nipped that in the bud by using a wedge cushion on the advice of the physio and it's really helped. But I've not got pain in my middle back under bra strap area. It's killing me and definitely triggered by sitting ... I commute 2 hours each way 2 days per week and on those days it's awful. The physio recommended massage which I'm booked in for and my husband goes over it with a massage ball but I am struggling to get through the day. Has anyone got any experience or advice. Physio said it was an over sensitive muscle btw. I'm starting to get pain on the front now too about same height under bust area. Unsure if that's connected?

Silly question possibly, but have you tried loosening your bra strap? Or even bought a band expander? I've needed to in all my pregnancies and have got back pain there otherwise (and the coccyx pain is a killer, you have my sympathy there!)

Pain at the front ... is that the same or possibly heartburn?

It's not heartburn it feels like a muscle is on fire if that makes sense- sore! Was thinking of trying to get fitted for a new bra so will do that. But I was hoping ppl might have advice on tips for pain relief?!

I went through something similar...the pain was unbearable and the pain was waking me up at night. I think for me it was the commute that was making things worse...once I stopped working and doing the long 1hr 30min commute to work my back pain has significantly improved..
