3rd pregnancy and freaking out

Hi

I'm not sure if I am after advice or just a friendly ear.. I suspect, well am convinced I am pregnant with my 3rd child. I am over a week late and getting cramps etc etc,all too familiar feelings... This was in no way planned and a complete accident. I have two boys 4 and 2 whom I Love to the moon and back but I also work full time and have recently just started a new job which I really enjoy and pays really well. My oldest has just started school and we are finally seeing some financial gain, my husband is ill and currently going through eye surgery to try to stem potential blindness and I am already struggling to cope juggling it all. I really do not know what to do with a third. There is also the addition factor that with my second pregnancy I was given a 1 in 18.chance of ds and had to have an amino, all was good but I am 37 now so that risk would increase even more... I really can't go through that again.. I am literally panicking right now and do not know what to do.. Can anyone please give me some helpful advice?. Thank you x

Sorry you are going through this. You need to take a test so you know for definite. How would your partner feel about it?

Hi op,

firstly you need to test to see if you are actually pregnant. So many factors can delay your period or give false pregnancy symptoms.

Hi, thanks for all your support. I was going to get a test on the way home from work but in the end didn't need to.. Aunt Flo turned up this afternoon making me happy to see her for the first time ever! I love my children very much and if things had gone the other way I would have loved that child too, with everything we went through before and with our situation at the moment it just is not something that I could cope with right now. Thank you so much for your advice, just an overtired, over worked, stressed out mum needing to vent. X
