Hi guys just wondering if anybody else has had the same problems im 34 plus 4 and the last two days my spine/middle of my back has been very sore I haven't really suffered with my back until now just wondering if many people get this or if I should visit my gp not sure if she can help though also wondering if its safe to take painkillers this late in pregnancy this is my first baby and until now I haven't had the need to take painkillers or anything. Also is it safe to use a deep heat rub on my back ive been reading up about it but there is so many different answers not sure what to do. Any advice would be great thanks.
