I'm looking at potentially moving jobs, but we are currently TTC...

Can anyone explain the following:
"For staff with less than 26 weeks? service at the beginning of the 14th week before the EWC"

Obviously if I have less than 6 months service, then this applies to me, but what's EWC and what is 14 weeks before that (e/g/ how pregnant would I be)?

the EWC is your due date - so you need to have worked there for 26 weeks by the 14th week before your due date, laymans terms, you should work there the week you conceive or thereabouts.
