Not sure how to describe it, as soon as i lay on left side i get painful pressure and kicking up and into my right ribs. Baby moves around A LOT as it is already sometimes takes my breath away and I feel dizzy. 36+3 first time pregnant Flowers

If baby is kicking ribs it wouldn't be breech maybe transverse. Try a freezing cold glass of water see if baby moves to a different position

My son was breech and i remember feeling a very hard lump up under my rib cage. He was breech from six months until a he was born! A bit of a surprise to the midwife as he went undetected. After he was born, with the benefit of hindsight, I can remember when he was turned as it was Christmas Eve!

It felt like Brixton hicks and the kicking I experience was underneath my legs rather than the kicking I had experienced from my first child.

Ask the midwife and although they are quite had to detect apparently you have at least raised your concern.
