i'm 29+1 weeks today and for the last 10 days I have been really suffering with pain in my foot!
it started off as pain in my arch when going downstairs but since last Monday I've been unable to walk anywhere without limping and I've just had enough now. Its just so painful. feels similar to a sprain or a bruise on the arch but now, because i'm walking with a limp, its making my other leg and my lower back hurt.
I was hoping it would just go away but its not and its not improving. I have made an appointment with my gp for Friday but was wondering if anyone can give me any advice on how to cope or improve it before then?
I've had to resort to doing the school runs in the car which I hate and the poor dog is suffering from lack of decent daily walks (dh does walk him after work when he can). I cant go on for another 3 months like this!
