So I've just found out I'm expecting baby #2. Extremely excited. But was just wondering what your differences with each pregnancy were. 1st time round from the moment I took the test, I have bad morning sickness/nausea up until 15 weeks. Horrendous heart burn. My boobs hurt constantly, cramps, tired, cravings, everything you could think of I had from day one.
This time round I have nothing, I wouldn't even kno I was pregnant apart from the 4 positive tests I've took over the last week. All I'm feel is cold, constantly freezing cold.
Anybody else had completely different pregnancies?
What sex did your little one end up being?

Same here. Sailed through pregnancy #1. Currently pregnant with #2 and more 'seasick' than 'sailing through'.

Don't know yet if this LO is a boy or a girl yet though so can't help with that.

In terms of my health during both were very similar, neasua until 16 wks and spa from 20 wks.
Where they were different was with baby, had just the std appointments with DD1 but DD2 who is now a healthy 8 wks gave us a few scares.
Dropping off the growth line measuring 3 wks behind at 34 wks, visiting the maternity assessment unit 3 time's due to pains at 25wkd, lack of movement at 35wks and then a very realistic 12hr practice labour at 37wks!

Two girls for me.

Loads of symptoms with no1 straight away before I even took the test. Nausea, exhaustion, sore boobs, heightened sense of smell etc. Showed really early, around 14 weeks, ended up enormous and with back and pelvic pain, swollen ankles and major fluid retention and carpal tunnel by the end. Craved sweet things and went right off meat.

Baby no2 I had no symptoms other than tiredness til around 8 weeks. I was worried sick. Didn't show til about 24 weeks, tiny bump all through, no pain or fluid retention (still wearing my rings in labour). Went right off sweet stuff and craved red meat and steak in particular.

I was sure dd2 was a boy as it was so different. Bump was all at front whereas dd1 I carried all over.
