Did blood sugar an hour after each and was fine every time except the one really healthy meal a friend made me of New Covent Garden tomato soup (presumably lots of hidden sugar?).

But my last two pregnancies also had the hunger for the last month. Obv I can't have five meals every day. Thoughts?

How hydrated are you?
Sometimes the body confuses hunger with thirst.
If you fill up on fluids then you'll feel less hungry as your tummy will be filled and it's great for the baby and steering clear of UTIs.

Step away from tomato soup!! Actually most soups..
The only soup I'm ok with is is broccoli and Stilton that I add extra cheese, only tinned though the fresh ones are too carby. (make sure you look at total carb content not just sugar content).

I have 3 meals a day and 3/4 decent snacks a day

There's a really good facebook group for UK GD mums, well worth joining for dietary advice

My go to snacks are oatcakes and cheese, oatcakes and houmous, greek yogurt and berries, Burgen seeded toast with peanut butter, snack packs of chicken, nuts, mixed seeds, sugar free jelly

I'm on the final countdown now, only another 10 days to go..it's been a long 3 months!
