26 weeks and horrible stitch

Just looking for advice/ reassurance. Currently 26 weeks and for the last 24 hours all down my right hand side I've had a really painful stitch type pain. I can't stand up straight and am hobbling around. Don't seem to have any other symptoms.

Anyone else had this? I've got a midwife appointment Fri afternoon, should I try and get one sooner?

Could have pulled muscles in tummy I done it at 24 weeks and was horrendously sore

Might be round ligament pain (i.e when the ligaments supporting your uterus stretch). I had it really badly at about 20 weeks. Agonising pain like a stitch which lasted 24 hours and then started to ease off. Took it v easy for a few days and I recovered.

Have you had a growth spurt? It's related to that as your round ligaments basically grow from length of your finger to the length of your foot during pg.
