MORNING
I AM 8 WEEKS PG AND LAST WEEK HAD EARLY SCAN DUE TO M/C IN MARCH, EVERYTHING WAS FINE AT SCAN ALTHOUGH I THOGHT I WAS 7 WEEKS AND BABY MEASURED 6 WEEKS 4 DAYS BUT SHE SAID IT WAS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. BEFORE MY GP SENT ME FOR EARLY SCAN I HAD BOOKED D PRIVATE ONE WITH DOCTOR I SAW ABOUT M/C IN MARCH. THE PRIVATE SCAN IS TOMOROW AND I HAVE HAD DAYS WHERE I FEEL ILL I WANT TO GO TO SEE HEARTBEAT AND SE BABY HAS GROWN BUT IM SCARED THINGS WILL NOT BE OK WHAT DO U THINK X

You do sound a bit worried so i would go , i had a missed M/c im august and i know that i will be also going private for extra scans x

the fact that the baby measure a little bit smaller..only 3 days ...then i think all should be ok...any pain or bleeding this week? if not, i imagine all is ok

should see the heartbeat from 7 + weeks

are you scared that baby has stopped growing>?

i think ill go its just becoz its at same private hospital and same doctor i feel like it will be a case of dejevu with same out come ihope not scan is at half 3 x

no bleeding or pain just think im a natural born worrier, i have days where boobs hurt and feel sick and days when i dont, midwifer says everything is fine but i think im just worryin cause bot got another scan till jan so would like aother one for reassurance so we can enjoy our last peaceful xmas ha ha x how was ur scan tuter think i read on another thread u was having one x

You've probably gone now but I think you're doing the right thing - puts your mind at rest a bit. If anything is not right then it is better to know early on. I found it helped me after mc. Hope it has gone ok

going at 2.45 scan is at 3.20 only me dh and you guys know about it as havent told family as i feel it adds more pressure, i hope verything is ok im really nervous dont feel pg today but not sure if its because this is all on my mind x

well had scan and before we even went in i was crying nerves i think, it was the same hospital same doctor and same apointment time as when i had missed mc in march, anyway went in dr did belly scan and everything is perfect heartbeat 160 beats a minute (dont know if that indicates boy or girl all my family are guessing different) baby is 9 weeks and measureing perfect. i was in shock we heard the heart beat and everything it was truely amazing, dh cried like a baby, i was in shock that i had a baby living inside me we floated out the scanning room together and looked like a pair of nutters cuddling and crying in the car park but we are so happy, thanks for your kind thought ill keep u updated xxxx
