The line is really really faint
I don't know what to think of it, I'll be doing another test in the morning

As long as you are reading it within the time limit, a line is a line, however feint. Congratulations

Any line is a line, mine were both faint, you may find that it'll still be as faint tomorrow but may get darker in a few days. I'd say if there is a line it's positive, congratulations!
