Abdo pain early pregnancy

Just wondered so many of you experience it and is it normal?
5+4wks pregnant and have lower pain all day that nothing seems to ease.

How bad is it? I had crippling abdo pain at 6/7 weeks. Midwife unit thought it was an ectopic pregnancy. I was literally crying curled up in a ball, I doubled over in ikea and had to grip on to something to stop myself from falling. Turned out it was an old food intolerance that flared up in pregnancy. I had a scan just to be sure it wasn't ectopic.

Where is the pain? how bad is it? If it's just stretching/ pulling and not painful, more uncomfortable then that is normal.

It's quite bad, it's in my lower left and upper right. I'd say around a 6/7 out of 10 but not agony.
I've taken paracetnol. I had an early scan Monday which was ok but mentioned there was a lot of free
Fluid.
Think me worrying isn't helping the situation tbh!
