so bloated

I'm just 7 weeks and so so bloated. It's making me really uncomfortable along with the nausea and burping. No point to this thread other than wanting to let it out for a bit of relief, puns intended!!

I was very bloated too at that time and it was really uncomfortable. I'm now 20 weeks and it has improved in the last few weeks. Although every now and then I eat something (I have still to work out what triggers it) and I become really uncomfortable again. Good luck!
