I have no idea but I'm following with interest as I'm very much in the same boat! It hurts like hell, I can't even sit down!

I'm wondering how ridiculous it would be to sit with a bag of frozen sprouts on my bits! Grin

I am in the exact same boat. Also got a really horrible strain feeling in my groin. I have found sitting with a hot water bottle between my legs offers some relief but then get worried I am burning the little man's head!! Hoping it doesn't mean labour troubles.

Triggy didn't think about labour troubles, now am worried. Tried the hot water bottle, not helped...off for another bath

Sorry didn't mean to worry you! I am seeing midwife thurs and hoping for reassurance on that front. Hope the bath helps Smile

Aw poor you! I'm just one big swelling at the moment too, my hands and feet are the worst but other bits include fanny and my nose holes. Nice. 38 weeks today.

Hope you discover something to alleviate the discomfort. I must admit even going the loo is uncomfortable at the moment!

Apologies in advance for crude answer:

Try an orgasm.

I have suffered from what can only be described as an engorged vulva in this and my previous pregnancy. An orgasm, which is not from penetrative sex, offered at least a couple day's relief for me. Needed to go carrful to avoid further discomfort. Hope this helps Blush

Only just seen this but try getting some witch hazel and putting on a maternity pad. I have vulval variscosities (oh the joys!!) and they were awful around 20 weeks and that was really soothing and I think alleviated the swelling. If it doesn't it will be good to have for after! Keep the witch hazel in the fridge. Hope it helps!!
