so after 3 years of trying and an MC in May this year I got my BFP!! So excited but cautious not to get too excited because of the previous MC. I am about 4 weeks advice welcome on how to get through the next 4 weeks until I can have a dating scan??

the waiting is so hard, especially after a mc. I think all you can do is look after yourself, take it easy-ish, and hang on mumsnet distract distract distract :)

Congratulations! I has a previous miscarriage and was terrified when I got my BFP. I've been doing the adult colouring books. I find them very relaxing and helpful. I'm 11 weeks now and all is going really well.

MG35 · 12/09/2015 19:46

Hi all and congratulations!! I'm also 4 weeks, I found out on Thursday :)

Doesn't even seem real does it? This is my first baby and I was surprised that you don't get a GP approved test done straight away, so also feeling the agonising wait!

Every day that passes I'm scared I might somehow be un-pregnant again!

Congratulations!

Arguably the single most important thing to do now is to go over to the chat thread - I think you'll want this one: www.mumsnet.com/Talk/antenatal_clubs/2454090-May-16-babies - if you want to share the journey with other MNetters at the same stage.
